The massive transformation of downtown Flemington continues as work advances on the 443,291-square-foot Courthouse Square development. Led by Cust Investments, this ambitious project centers on revitalizing the historic Union Hotel while creating a modern mixed-use destination.
Current work includes expanding the hotel’s accommodations, constructing 206 new residential units, and developing retail and dining spaces that will energize the downtown area.
